Ordering from Simply Appetizing has become a regular occurrence for me and my family. We find that there is no occasion that won't benefit from a beautiful delicious charcuterie spread. Small occasions or big. I even hired her for my wedding grazing table! It was a hit, although it was difficult to get the guests to move away from the charcuterie area haha.

For smaller events, nothing shows my preparation, contribution and gratitude to coming to an event more than bringing a charcuterie for everyone to enjoy.

In May 2023 I had my 70th birthday celebration. I hired a caterior to handle the meal portion of the event but for appetizers I really wanted a special spread. I love cheese and charcuterie and decided that is what I want. I had remembered from a friend's wedding this fantastic cheese and charcuterie spread and decided that is the person I want for my event. I called my friend and got the name and number of Patricia at Simply Appetizing.

I called Patricia and told her what I was planning, the date and how much I love cheese and charcuterie and the number of guests expected. Patricia was very prompt in her responses, getting me a quote and spelling out on the quote exactly what she will put together and I felt the price was very fair so I hired her. On the day of the event she showed up on time to set up in advance of the start time of the party and when the guest started arriving her spread was all set up and ready.

She put together an incredible spread, beautiful, lots of varieties of cheeses and meats and all the accompanying items like crackers, honey, dips, nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits.

The caterers did a really great job but all the guests talked about and still mention to me is how incredible the cheese and charcuterie spread was.

I highly recommend Patricia and her company Simply Appetizing. I will definitely use her again.

I was planning a small cocktail party with a few guests in honor of my daughters baptism and was in need of some hors d'oeuvres for the occasion. I did what came naturally and took to social media as I knew I wanted to order from a small business. After looking upon Simply Appetizing I was very impressed.

I sent a direct message to their page with my contact information to inquire about ordering a board and was contacted right away. I had some dietary restrictions and wanted to see if it was possible to make. I spoke with the owner Patricia over the phone and she was an absolute pleasure. She was very gracious, offered me many options for my board and made it completely customizable to meet my needs.

They offered pick up or delivery and I opted with the pick up option as it was nearby. When I received my board, I was blown away. I had gone through their page and had seen many beautiful photos but it could not compare. The colors were vibrant and luscious. Each piece was meticulously put together that enticed everyone's appetite. At first my guests were hesitant to eat as they were so amazed by the beauty of the board and did not want to ruin it. As soon as they took a bite they did not stop until the board was completely bare with the exception of a few crumbs.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Simply Appetizing that I referred them to many friends and family. And they have had the same experience when ordering. I will definitely order again for my next party and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a delicious way to enrich a party.
